1. Board Roles Distribution

• kumi: Technology

• Define goals, list all tasks, and assign people to specific items.

2. General Tasks

• Mastodon banner for posts.
• Switch recipes in the style of DID – an overview. For different private.coffee services.
• Nextcloud calendar special dates (“Event” – when conferences and congresses occur so we have an overview).

3. Preparation for “Graz Linuxtage”

• Fabric banner for the booth @ogalbnafets.
• Stickers.
• Flyer for home‑use with a membership proposal and service introduction (@ogalbnafets). Maybe also for corporate members if time allows it.
• Ideas: NFC roulette with services or “Waescheleine” with alternative services.
• Lightning talk introducing our own services? Who would do that?
• Polos/Shirts for members ordered at Strauss – embroidery by ogalbnafets.
• On-site Participation: ogalbnafets, kumi, jupfi, flipper, nico.
• Stand together with Institute of Biomedical Imaging TU Graz, opensourceimaging.org, COHIRADIA

4. Social Media CI / Template

• Open‑source font for all templates.
• “Wechselrezepte” (Recipes to change services) similar to di.day for social media and regular posts on Mastodon.
• Short video tutorials for services @nico.
• Migration from Discord to Matrix – explanation for users: Fediverse is more than one large server (matrix.org); compare to an e‑mail provider.
• Mastodon polls on desired services; also register as an issue in Grand‑Central in case we here about new services. There also discussions could be started. Create a form on the website for service proposals.

5. Nextcloud & OpenCloud

• Shared calendar in Nextcloud for events and appointments.
• Kumi creates a shared Nextcloud folder for photos, etc.
• OpenCloud as a lightweight alternative to Nextcloud.

6. Other Items

• Next meeting: monthly – next date 5 April 14:00. All meetings for this year are in the Nextcloud calendar.
• Marketing budget approval: €200 available for general use (stickers, …) – unanimously approved.
